Exhange Policy

We have a 10-day exhange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exhange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@onmygrind.ca. If your exhange is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-exhangeable items
Certain custom made items cannot be exchanged.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns before purchase.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds/Returns

Our products are printed on demand so we can not offer refunds/returns.  In some cases we can offer store credit.  Please email info@onmygrind.ca for details.
